Privacy Policy

Data controller: AcumiSol Ltd (trading as SolutionRelay), Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland (no. 815540). Contact: [email protected].

Effective 10 October 2026

1. Our role

AcumiSol Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with SolutionRelay.

Where you provide personal data about your own contacts for us to process on your behalf, you are the controller and we act as your processor (see section 9).

2. What we collect

Account and profile details; content you submit through the Platform; reviews and engagement data; transaction and payout information; credentials for accounts you connect; data you provide about other people; technical and usage data, including advertising identifiers; cookies (section 8).

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store card details.

3. How and why we use it

To provide the service (contract); to operate, secure, analyse and improve the Platform (legitimate interests); to verify information (contract / legitimate interests); to communicate with you about your account and, where permitted, send updates (legitimate interests, or consent for marketing); for non-essential cookies and optional connections (consent); and to meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.

4. Artificial intelligence

Some features use third-party AI providers. Information shared with them is under contract and is not used to train their models.

5. Sharing information with third parties

We share your information with third-party service providers in order to operate the Platform and provide our services to you, including for payment processing, AI features, hosting, communications and advertising measurement. Third parties receiving your information are prohibited from using it for any other purpose and must keep it confidential.

Where you connect a third-party account, we share information with that provider as described in section 9.

We also share information where required by law, or to prevent fraud, infringement or illegal activity.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process personal data outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Account and profile data: for the life of your account and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Transaction records: as required by Irish tax and company law, generally six years. Connection credentials: until you disconnect or close your account. Contact lists provided solely to send communications: not retained beyond that purpose. Other content and usage data: for the life of your account, and thereafter only as needed for the purpose collected or to meet a legal obligation.

Problem descriptions submitted before an account exists: deleted 30 days after the last activity on them, unless they become a posted problem, in which case they are kept with that posting.

We honour valid deletion requests, except where we must retain records to meet legal or tax obligations.

8. Cookies

We use cookies necessary to run the Platform and, with your consent, others for analytics and functionality. Where we use cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent before they are set, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

9. Connected accounts and data about others

When you connect a third-party account we tell you at that point what we will access and do, store a credential to perform it, and let you disconnect at any time. Disconnecting, or closing your account, deletes the credential.

If you provide personal data about your own contacts, you are the controller and we act as your processor. You confirm you have a lawful basis to provide it and to contact those individuals. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Using SolutionRelay from an AI assistant

You can connect SolutionRelay to an AI assistant such as Claude. Connecting is your choice, and you can disconnect at any time, in your SolutionRelay account settings (Connected assistants) or in the assistant.

What the assistant sends us. Only what its SolutionRelay tools need: the text of a brief you ask it to draft, a search query, or a request to show your projects or proposals. We do not receive the rest of your conversation.

Drafts. A brief drafted while you are not signed in is kept under the same rule as any unfinished problem description: 30 days, then deleted. If you are signed in, it is saved to your account as your draft, like one started on the website.

What we send the assistant. When you ask, we send your projects and the proposals you have received, including text written by providers. That information then becomes part of your conversation with the assistant, and is handled by the assistant's provider (for Claude, Anthropic) under its own terms and privacy policy.

What we record. For each use of the connector we record which account and which assistant made it, which tool was used, when, how long it took and whether it failed. We use this to keep the service secure, to apply usage limits, and to show "last used" in your account settings. We delete these records after 90 days.

10. LinkedIn advertising and lead forms

We advertise on LinkedIn. If you respond to one of our ads using a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn passes us the details you submit in that form, such as your name, work email, company, job title, country and your answers to our questions. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and to help you prepare and post your problem on SolutionRelay, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

To measure how well our LinkedIn ads work, when someone who reached us through a LinkedIn ad posts a problem on SolutionRelay, we send LinkedIn a record of that event using LinkedIn's Conversions API. The record contains a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address, the time of the event and, where available, your name and country and the reference of the LinkedIn form you completed. LinkedIn uses it to match the event to its members and to report the results of our ads to us. We do not sell this information or share it with other advertisers. You can object to this at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Provider listings

Provider listings are either created by the provider or compiled by us from publicly available information, such as business websites and public professional profiles.

Where we compile a listing, we do so in an editorial capacity only. The details we use are typically business contact details and a professional role, and we rely on our legitimate interests in operating the Platform.

Where a listing names an individual whose details came from public sources rather than from them, we explain here what we hold and why.

If you are named in any listing, the rights in section 12 apply, including to object, to have the listing corrected or removed, and to ask us not to contact you. To request removal of a listing, or to object to it, email [email protected].

12. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

13. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, protected storage of credentials, and restricting access to those who need it. Card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider and we do not store card details. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond to incidents.

14. Children and consumers

The Platform is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18 or for consumer use.

15. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the updated version with a revised date, notifying you of material changes where appropriate.

16. Contact
